We are actively looking for a highly skilled and driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. We require someone with a proven track record in software sales or payment solution sales. As an Account Executive KUARIO, you will have a pivotal role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge solutions that facilitate seamless payments and efficient management of self-service machines. Our solutions cater to diverse use cases, including vending, printing, coffee, lockers, and catering.
Reponsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in software sales or payment solution sales to effectively drive Annual Recurring Revenue.
- Identify and understand the unique business problems of the decision makers within facility management departments of large industrial enterprises, universities, and higher education institutions.
- Identify and target partners to establish an indirect channel, collaborating with suppliers of self-service solutions in (semi) public spaces seeking a technology partner for managing and processing payments for their self-service machines.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and timely closure of deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers at target accounts and key partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges, and recommending our payment and payment management solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis, opportunity qualification, and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value and capabilities of our payment and self-service solutions.
- Articulate the benefits of our payment and self-service solutions, including pricing rules, discounting capabilities, user identity management, and payment processing features.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and position our solutions as the best fit.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progression, and revenue projections.
- Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain up-to-date sales documentation.
Qualifications
- You are a self-starter who feels accountable for your success and can work autonomously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Proven track record of success in software or payment solutions sales, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- 3 years of strong experience in selling solutions (direct and/ or via partners), preferably in SaaS or payment industry.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Network and relationships within the facility management departments of large industrial enterprises, universities and higher education organizations, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals.
- Willingness to travel within the BeNeLux regions as required.
