We are seeking a Account Executive (DACH Region) to spearhead our growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of the payment industry, and a proven ability to drive sales and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for growing XPP’s footprint by attracting new clients through targeted business development activities, relationship management, and innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Growth: Lead the charge in expanding XPP's presence in the DACH region by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships within the international fintech market.
Tailored Solutions: Promote and sell XPP’s diverse range of omnichannel payment solutions, including:
White-label e-commerce payment platforms enabling financial service providers to run their own payment solutions.
Eco-payment systems for unattended kiosks (e.g., vending machines, printing services).
EMV payment gateways.
Marketing Collaboration: Play an active role in marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and market propositions that resonate with target audiences.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work in close alignment with XPP’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), vertical sales teams, and partner sales groups. Additionally, maintain strong relationships with other companies in the XMDS group to build cross-company propositions.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the fintech space. This includes frequent contact with prospects, clients, press, and key industry influencers.
Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Position yourself as an opinion leader in the industry by leveraging events, exhibitions, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, X). Actively participate in content creation and trend analysis, keeping the XPP brand at the forefront of industry discussions.
