What will you be doing?
You will work on a strategic cloud strategy project focused on reducing XPP's reliance on U.S.-based cloud providers. Your task will be to investigate European alternatives that meet our operational, security, and compliance requirements. This includes assessing current infrastructure, comparing vendors, and developing a migration approach. You will contribute directly to decisions that impact the future of our SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities:
Analyse current infrastructure across XPP products (Vayapay, KUARIO, Ginger)
Identify functional, technical, and regulatory requirements for cloud hosting
Research and compare European cloud providers based on capabilities, cost, and compliance (GDPR, PCI DSS)
Draft a migration plan and risk assessment for moving to a European provider
Present key findings and recommendations to technical leadership
Your Profile:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business IT & Management or a closely related field
Strong interest in cloud infrastructure, compliance, and IT strategy
Analytical, self-starting, and comfortable handling technical documentation
Capable of summarising findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
Available for at least 5 months from September 2025, minimum 36 hours per week
Basic familiarity with GDPR and cloud service models is a plus
