You will lead a specialized high-transaction domain requiring complex solutions. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise along with your understanding of the payments industry in building and managing high-transaction systems within cloud environments.
You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.
You will serve as the cornerstone of the team, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and continues to deliver value to clients. By fostering a collaborative environment, driving technical excellence, and maintaining a customer-focused perspective, you will enable the team to meet ambitious goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor the development team, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Continuously refine development and support processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.
Work closely with other teams in the larger organization to align the product with broader strategic goals.
Handle team-related administrative tasks, including hiring and onboarding.
Serve as the escalation point for incidents and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Maintain the product backlog, ensuring prioritisation aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
Provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and other stakeholders.
