At XPP B.V. we're looking for a Product Development Manager for our Ginger Payments SaaS solution to join our team.
XPP B.V. is seeking a versatile and strategic Product Development Manager to lead the evolution of our Ginger Payments white-label e-commerce payment gateway as part of the broader XPP proposition. The ideal candidate will excel at balancing product ownership, team management, and technical oversight to ensure our platform continues to deliver exceptional value to clients and end users. This role demands a strong focus on fostering team success, driving product vision, and maintaining operational excellence in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As the Product Development Manager for Ginger Payments, you will lead the evolution of our platform and its integration into the XPP payments ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and shaping the team’s culture and ensuring smooth collaboration across the organization.
You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to define product roadmaps, manage incidents, and ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.
You will serve as the cornerstone of the team, ensuring that Ginger Payments operates efficiently and continues to deliver value to clients. By fostering a collaborative environment, driving technical excellence, and maintaining a customer-focused perspective, you will enable the team to meet ambitious goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
Manage and mentor the development team, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Continuously refine development and support processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.
Work closely with other teams in the larger organization to align the product with broader strategic goals.
Handle team-related administrative tasks, including hiring and onboarding.
Serve as the escalation point for incidents and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Define and prioritize product roadmaps, epics, and user stories in alignment with business objectives.
Stay informed about e-commerce and payments trends to ensure the product remains competitive.
Act as a key contact for clients, addressing their concerns and fostering strong relationships.
Provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and other stakeholders.
A facilitative and empathetic leadership style that supports team growth and collaboration.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
