Product Specialist
Pecunda, part of XPP, is a software company based in the Netherlands, working within the Fintech and Faretech market. With offices in the Netherlands (Haarlem), Serbia (Novi Sad), and Germany (Hamburg), we deliver innovative payment solutions. The customers of Pecunda are diverse and loyal, such as Daimler, European Patent Office, Miele, HDM, and several universities in the Netherlands and Germany.
For the service department of Pecunda we are looking for a Product Specialist.
We are looking for a technical Product Specialist. A unique position in which you will be working on the payment solutions of the future not only in the Netherlands, but also abroad.
As Product Specialist you are part of the Operations Department and you will mainly deal with complex issues related to our payment solutions for our customers. This work is largely carried out from our main location in Haarlem, but on-site support at our customers is also part of the job.
Besides supporting our customers with questions or problems, you will also help with projects involving new installations on location. These installations take place within the Netherlands as well as abroad (remote and on-site).
Resolve incidents with hardware and/or software in the customer environment;
Performing preventive maintenance on our payment systems;
Making decisions, troubleshooting and providing advice;
Escalating, if necessary, through the escalation procedure to 3rd-line support (R&D);
Recognize, pick up and communicate customer signals and commercial opportunities;
Performing new installations as part of the project organization;
Optimal handling of project administration;
Maintaining technical documentation and updates;
Thinking along about improvement processes;
Your will mostly work from the office in Haarlem (hybrid work is possible by mutual agreement). In addition, there are situations where work is done on location at the customer's premises, this is often in the Netherlands, but also sometimes in Germany. The work area is diverse and ranges from universities to large industrial customers.
In the first months you will work a lot with your colleagues to become more familiar with the payment systems and their installations, after which you will increasingly work independently. It is an independent position, but never alone. You will work together with the customer and your fellow engineers. You will report to the Manager Operations.
